Our olive oils always come from 100% Puglian (Italian) olives, are cold pressed, fresh from the most current harvest and certified to the highest standards.
A great deal of time and consideration goes into our selection process. Through our travels and relationships we choose only the best Puglian olive oil, with the highest amount of polyphenols and the highest certifications (USDA Organic, DOP, IGP, etc.). Additionally, we selected our exclusive product from a Puglian boutique green farmer who takes pride in their family businesses and traditionally keeps on producing the best olive oil.
Every quarter (once every 3 months) a package containing one (1) of our distinctive olive oil tins (each tin can is 5 litres) from Puglia will be shipped to you so you can take pleasure in learning and tasting the flavors the Puglia region has to offer. The oil, carefully picked by experts, are cold pressed and bottled at a small artisanal farm in the finest olive oil region in Italy and shipped to your door.
